Juniors 7:15pm to 8:15pm 8years to 15years

Seniors 8:15pm to 9:15pm 16years +

General Information

All equipment for classes is provided,beginners should come
dressed in casual clothing i.e. T-shirt, Tracksuit Bottoms and Trainers.

Cafeteria facilities are available
